The Guardian of International Peace and Security

The United Nations has put up a huge statue outside their headquarters in New York, “The Guardian of International Peace and Security”. It’s an amazing statue and it looks quite potent.

Where on earth could they have gotten the inspiration for such a magnificent statue for peace and prosperity? What a great peace of art..

Well, there is a little section describing this statue in one of the more important old books – the Bible. Take a look at Revelations, chapter 13, verse 2 … and take a look at verse 18 (or read the whole thing). Below, I’ve inserted the whole chapter, borrowed from King James Version (click here to check out the source):

King James Version, Revelation, Chapter 13:

13 And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.

And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.

And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.

And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?

And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months.

And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven.

And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.

And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.

If any man have an ear, let him hear.

10 He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints.

11 And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.

12 And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.

13 And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men,

14 And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.

15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.

16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:

17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.

I wrote a post on this topic back in January this year, “Er Åpenbaringen blitt aktuell om dagen?“. The UN statue doesn’t exactly describe peace and prosperity in the Bible. I’ve read the Bible earlier, decades ago. Even though it’s a very old book, it still seems to be quite relevant.

Another things that I was made aware of just recently, is that it actually seems to talk about reincarnation. Or, it talks of reincarnation, but back when I was into Bible studies, we were presented with explanations of how this was allegoric and so on. For example, when Jesus talks about how John the Baptist was the prophet Elias, reincarnated (Matthew, Chapter 11) Interesting material. I have been reading the Bible for years – way back in time though, but I can’t recall ever considering if Jesus was actually talking about reincarnation to his followers.

These pandemic times, with it’s restrictions and lockdown, surely makes you think. As I’ve previously mentioned, I recently relocated to a place where I hope to be able to enjoy freedom, whatever the circumstances. Living in the countryside kind of adds a whole lot of hours to each day – it makes me able to once more ponder about the more important things, the deeper thoughts, those that requires time and tranquility, which also could be called meditation or stillness. It’s really rewarding to be able to spend time, trying to evolve as a person once more – I didn’t think I would ever find back to this state of life, where the world and it’s contents kind of expands and you become richer in experience, if not in money.

Well, the point of this post was actually the UN statue and how the UN may seem to, at least try to, fill a rather dark character of what the Bible described a little more than 2.000 years ago. Wold Health Organization, which is a part of the UN, has been advicing governments all over the world on how to handle this terrible pandemic we are currently experiencing. The newest so-called variant, Omicron, is now being used to get the population to get their booster shots. The Sun wrote this in an article on December 21st:

Eight symptoms have been identified as key in knowing if you might have picked up the variant. These are: a scratchy throat, runny nose, fatigue, sneezing, lower back pain, headache, night sweats and muscle aches.

SYMPTOM CHECKER The first 8 symptoms of Omicron you must never ignore

So, any flu, any cold, more or less anything vaguely qualifying as sickness would be called Omicron, then. If you should be unlucky enough to endure such symptoms, you should get jabbed … again. Actually, as I wrote in my last post “How to make money in this booster reality“, countries are now planning for boosters every three months.

It might end up being quite hard, trying to stand on the sidelines and let the madness unfold, because those to be blamed are surely going to be the unjabbed – no one would expect the regular injections to be causing any problems … and if they did, they were still necessary, as still so many were walking around in their unjabbedness, spreading their disease..

  1. In regards to reincarnation, and that John was to be Elija reincarnated: If that was the case, how would you explain that Jesus spoke with Moses and Elija on the mount of transfiguration (Luke 9:28-36)?
And, what about the verse in Hebrews 9, 27-28: “Just as people are destined to DIE ONCE, AND AFTER THAT TO FACE JUDGEMENT, so Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many; and he will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him.”

So, to bring reincarnation into the judo-christian world view is pretty far out in the New Age-thing.
Alos, remember that reincarnation is seen as a curse in eastern religion, but is made to be a positive thing through the western New Age thoughts.

  2. I have, recently, been checking out a new explanation for that strange beast. It’s composed of elements of beast nations that fell, lost their lands, and washed out to sea, so to speak.
Though their empires were lost, their identities remained and, in the turbulent sea environment, find a way to make room for each other’s identities- at least, long enough to make one more empire on land.
The lion mouth began to gain definition, for me, when I learned, from Jeremiah 52 and 2 Kings 25, that the king of Babylon took the captured king of Judah/Lion of Judah out of prison and gave him his own place at a table over the other kings.
From that king of Judah descended a line of exilarchs (recognized by Jews as the royal heir of Solomon) that remained in Babylonia until 950 CE.
While the Jewish exilarch reigned in Babylonia, some Jews returned to Jerusalem and began a form of Judaism that was very different from the one evolving in Babylonia.
Following the emergence of these Jewish powers, the Romans took control of Jerusalem. The Romans are the bear of Daniel which rose up on the eastern side, becoming Byzantium which lasted a thousand years longer than the western side.
Byzantium is the source of the religion of Russia.
After the western side of the Roman empire fell, the Holy Roman empire was created, in Europe, of four kingdoms the kings of which were equals – except, the king of France was the most equal.
The religion of the Holy Roman empire was popery.
So, three religious identities survive of fallen empires. Watch as they coalesce into a new empire the voice of which will be Jewish.
